we run 3 of these machines. we go through close to a hundred heads a year. you must have some of that next level crytonite super hp heads that no one can get. and yes we HAVE done hundreds of thousands of dollars on the machines.

this is normal and is part of the routine maintenance of the printer. its to make sure that nothing is corrupeted in the printers firmware. we print so much across our 3, we deal with it all the time.

it was discontinued because the l26500 replaced it. parts are easy to find. call an HP certified tech.

calendared vinyl has a very poor dimensional stability. which is why you need to use cast. it sounds to me that you werent educated enough which is fine when you had a sub do the other prints for you. from here on out use a cast media and a cast lam and you will be fine. simple case of wrong...

try going to graphtec usa and downloading their cutmaster plugin for illustrator. that plotter is an hpgl plotter so you should be good to go. cutmaster also has a gpgl setting. but i will guarantee you thats an hpgl plotter. i used to have a lynx 12" and a 24". lxi sucks. hpgl and gpgl are...
