i did a neihoff logo(automotive ignition parts)and it had a white area. since it was a restore project i "yellowed" the white..........part so it looks old instead of a stark white. made the water slide and it went on an orange cabinet.
I ACTUALLY HAD A "DIE CUT" vinyl setup. no joke. it used 2" rolls of vinyl, and you had to take a metal raised letter plate, put in the slot above the vinyl, turn a hand crank that would "die cut" the metal plate in the vinyl, then you changed that plate to the next letter, and did this till you...
nobody peeded in my Wheaties.....as for the design on the trailer.......i guess you dont dot READ well.....i said "customer got what THEY WANTED" they were happy and liked what THEY came up with......i did my job.........got paid, your opinion.......i can tell you what its worth)))))
its from Kentucky.... and its got "grammar police ocd".........NO YOU CANT CHARGE DESIGN BY THE SQ FT.......you charge for that from a TALENT PERSPECTIVE...........the better you are the more money you can ask.......

cutting/plotting direct from corel:
1. YOU NEED A PLOTTER that has drivers available to do this.
or a plotter that is capable of HPGL interpolation.
2. its an easy setup with ROLAND OR GRAPHTEC......
3. i only KNOW ROLAND to COREL............ all i have every used.

COREL...........X7 to X18)))) works well........been cutting from corel since 1992))) and have done a lot of vans.....and big trucks. this is the latest one.
i left out the "design work" as it is a whole nuther way of FIGURING TIME AND VALUE.
most of old guys...........with art ability, can design on the fly..........one of the things that separate artists from sticker shops........and having that ability(and not having to struggle with that end)is...
#1. sq ft is a std of measurement to give you a good idea of what your gona use in materials(comes in rolls(like carpet)and you WILL USE so many sq ft of it to finish your WRAP))))

I BUILD ALL OF MINE except laptops.........but then those are not used everyday for production.
i presently run a 2.8 QUAD core amd, 4 gigs ram, 250 gig SSD HARD...
WORK SMARTER.......NOT HARDER.......has always been my guide to working with trailers/rivits/corrugated siding on anything.........there are EASY things you can do or HARD WORK you can do.
as for removing ALL THE SCREWS AT ONE TIME...... NO DONT DO THAT...... it will cause problems later...
