I had this same problem on multiple rolls, drove me nuts for a long time. Finally, I changed profiles to a completely different banner material profile from a different supplier, and it was like magic, it prints perfect.....

I've have tried it when I was running my old roland FJ52 converted to solvent, worked perfect. I have an HP latex now, haven't tried it with that yet.

people get tied up in the word "wrap" these days. A couple of gallons of Ronan Red Background Enamel, a foam roller and away we go, use a foam brush to stroke out the runs and bubbles... done for under $200 and maybe 2 hours it a trailer, not a Ferrari....
