When I need great precision especially with small pieces I always cut the aly by hand and snap the board, can't get more precise than that unless you use a CNC, if there are a lot of small pieces sometimes I print the grid on removable and apply to the board for guide.
Try to use less pressure, use the 30 degree angle and let the vinyl guide you, try to follow a pattern that looks like this: ((( | ))) rather than /// or ||| . The more experience you gain the less pressure will be used
If you sell it in Hungary nobody cares, if you sell it outside of the country you'll have to go through an online selling platform that won't allow these things and your listing will be taken down (ebay, etsy). Nobody will give you a fine but you won't make it very far.
Depends what style are you going for, HP has a very nice thin paper like (or paper?) pre-pasted stuff that works like traditional wallpaper no lamination needed, light colors/pastels may be pretty grainy tho.
Epson prints cristal clear even with CMYK config but lamination is a must if not...
We don't print a lot thus I can print as slow as I want; I use 12 passes with 9 sec between them so print takes 30 minutes to pass over the heater which is plenty of time to actively dry for immediate lam. No problems so far and I can book wraps for next day application.
