I have an sp540... it looks like its the banner material getting too close to the head. When it buckles a bit... it gets less coverage cause its closer to the head. Do you have all of your rollers in?

Hey you may just have something in your design that has an opacity less than 100%. Versaworks will not read a cut line if you send the file to it with that. You know what I mean?

that will give you a bit more freedom in case your cutter moves a bit from the graphic.
