I been printing other foils over silver medal for a lot of projects actually. That is how you get different colors by using transparent foils over it.
A lot of my competitors laminate silver medal all the time. Its really the only way to protect it for football helmets.
I printed Gerber Silver Medal 2 on convex 8mil and laminated it with convex 8mil.
After a couple days the adhesive seemed to start bubbling. Stayed smoothed on the silver medal 2 that had a navy and orange over print but look at the laminate adhesive on silver medal 2 foil.
Any ideas why...
Anyone have window vision material in stock that is willing to sell me 2 yards of it?
I have a small job and don't need the 10 yards of a roll.
Please let me know.
P.s. I know I can buy the 10 yards and save the other 8 but I would prefer not to thanks.
In omega 4 do your outline die design in a layer. Make sure that the cuts are on. Than go file, output all and it will open in plot. In plot I like to print print preview and see the preview. Than from preview click on cut and you should be good. I highly recommend you try a small circle or...
It will not be in the mouth at all. It's for the external lip guard.
Im just going to buy a decal from art guards and than share it with my vendor to see if he can pin point the material
Need to make decals that will be placed on the outside of these guards.
I tested many materials adhesive and they do not stick.

I wouldn't pay that much for the reminders. That is why I was looking for alternatives. I do runs that are 15 to 40 yards long and currently roll the job manually to mount the job on my laminator spindle. So for my work flow it would help but not at no 2500 each.
Hello,
I have the omega dvds but have no dvd player on my new machine. Is anyone out there have the time to email me the adobe illustrator swatches of the gerber edge fx foils?
I promise I own the software legit and the machines.
Thanks,
Robert
Just got done running 120 11.8" X 12" 4 color 600dpi decals on my Edge fx on convex. Took 3 hours, I could have done it at 300dpi but I noticed that at 600dpi I get less gotchas and small print errors.
I really wish the edge fx was at least 22" wide to get this job done in half the time...
