hey Josh... took your advice and checked out Font Agent Pro.
downloaded the 30 day trial... loved it... and just bought Font Agent Pro Plus last night, which included 750 professional fonts.
been a Suitcase/Font Fusion user for 16 years... but you were right... i like Font Agent Pro MUCH better!
i see it has a little ladder to reach the door.
i'd need a boost just to reach the bottom rung... or a ladder to reach the ladder.

i accidentally bought an academic version of FileMaker Pro.
i had a hard time getting the company to take it back... every person i was handed off to just kept saying there's no difference in the software at all... which was true, but not the point.
i told them they might want to reconsider...

pretty much everything! all the things i use to hate.
i'd think watching anything on tv during business hours wouldn't come across well to customers.

don't make it uncomfortable for them to come back and use you.
let them save face... if you say anything at all... tell them your sorry to hear that job didn't go well.
don't just take photos from a distance... take photos of the door jams and seams and if it's a truck, the space between the cab and bed... so you can educate future customers.
it's up to you to dispel their expectation that it will look like a paint job.
