man oh man... deciphering your company name is hard work!
if you did nothing else... adjust the tracking between the D, hyphen and Z.
it's so difficult to read, the hyphen makes the ascender of the D the look like a K.

Sounds like we were both learning to use a MAC around the same time. Wish i could say the same for the printer.
i'd reply to each email with a questionnaire the incorporates a litmus test.
if they pass then allow them to send a resume.
then only read the ones that include a resume. that ought to weed out the unqualified applicants.
