I believe the Agfa is somewhat quicker than the Oce.
Quality Wise, It's hard beating the Oce.
LED lamp is a good thing to have too.

This is just my opinion but I don’t think people will be reluctant to share media profiles and settings. As that’s one thing that differentiates printers from one and other.
Have a look at Onyx Go, it's about $50(us) a month.
Otherwise, have a look at onyx's Entry level software. Starts from Rip Center, then Postershop.
If you're new to the printing world, you'll realise print software gets expensive fast.
Onyx is pretty much one of the best RIP softwares...

I don't think they make the 250 anymore as i can't see it on their site.

Set the height in the media profile. and off you go.
Up to you to profile the stock properly for colour accuracy.
