What if you curved the banner upwards, and used the tails to make the pine tree? right now it looks like its making an upside down one. EDIT: not a real fan of the pine point running across the tree. gets lost at smaller sizes.

yeah, i signed up a couple nights ago. I havent read in to it yet, but if there are any fees on top of the 2.7 per transaction, it wont make any sense to use it over square.

good point. What are the chances that you give him glow in the dark signs, and hes not happy with the glow? This job could get ugly fast.

Oh! And I know that no one will ever notice or use this feature, so I'll tell you about it. If you ad one of my pages to your home screen on an iPad or iPhone, it automatically uses my logo for the icon :D

So anyway...... to the original question, if you have photoshop, use the save for web command. makes tiny files compared to the quality. I usually use the save for web jpg. other than that, use a java, or jquery slide show. they are nice and fast. Used them on my new site.
