It might be a bit different up there... but in Canada we were told so long as the broker manager signs off on the sign, you can deviate on certain things like colors.
We have one Century 21 branch that hates the new look, and we make their signs with the old branding... havent got in trouble...
We used to use vistaprint. Our sales reps run out of cards at different times, so we order as we need them... About 8 different people have business cards, One day we looked at them side by side... and our logo was a different shade of blue on 7/8 of the cards... the only 2 that matched were...
We do profit sharing. It's usually works out to 1-2 k per person at the end of the year (30ish employees)
Prof fit sharing doesn't have to mean 20% of your profits are going to your employees. You could decide 1-5% of yearly profits goto employees, then split that amount up based on seniority...
You should be able to see what flexi is changing youre 60/50/40/100 black to under cor Correction.
And you can always change it to 60/60/40/100 in there.... And if that resolves your issue (it should, unless your flexi profile isn't using as much ink) you can set it up to automatically change...
Part of me feels like this is just one of those self help scams to get people hooked and feeling better about themselves, so you can make a quick buck.... those "Weirdos" you see on TV That are all about self encouragement / help...and it always turns out that the person was just grifting them...
The liner is waxed so tape / laminate won't stick to it. If you're trying to take it that way... it'll never work.
Use double sided tape, and if you dont have any... Take a really long piece of tape and wind it onto itself to make double sided tape.
Whats with you guys and aluminum tarrifs? You just tried the same thing with Canada, then caved at the last second when we threatened retaliatory tarrifs on key Trump states. I can see all these countries doing the same... A Tarrif during an election year isn't a smart idea! (Not that I...
We have the new (3 years?) eye1 pro. We bought a color muse for our sales reps to get decent color scans in the field for $50...
It has been more consistent at measuring corsnthan the eye1 has. So I only hook the eye1 hp to profile, and I use the color muse to grab lab values for printing...
Do you have a cnc? We had a few projects where we had to cnc our own... It's not.the funnest thing I'm the world, but it worked. Cnc it a bit deeper than the hex head, cut it into a round, or whatever shape you like.... Sand the edges a bit and throw on some mathews paint to match the project...
I've learned quite a bit about American politics over the past decade... but I still don't get the vice president thing. I know they're in charge if something happens to the president... But why does their policies / views matter over say anyone in congress? Is it a just in case something...
Throw on a roll of cheap vinyl, take it to the take up reel... And install a VNC on your RIP computer. chrome remote desktop + 2FA... Then you can use your phone to login to your rip PC while on vacation / away, send a job to print every few days and you're good to go. I used to do this when I...
I can't help you with your conundrum... but I'm curious, why bother using 2-sided printing?
We always have huge jobs of 100's of signs.... We print all of one side, bring them back to the front of the printer then print the second side next. What are the benefits of using 2-sided printing? it...

You could build something like this pretty easily... just need a box of tension springs and some know how! We screenprint 100,000 sheets at a time...
as was mentioned, you only get 12.5 amp at 120V.
That means you could run the deep freeze....and not much else. So if you want it hooked up to your breaker...you'll have to flip everything off once it kicks in except the stuff you want / need... not really realistic! unfortunately batteries...
I'd search and download any window perf profile... its a good start. When in doubt and you're in a rush, you can lower the heat, up the passes / interpass delay so it sits in the dryer longer and you should be fine. I dont have access to the profiles we use or I'd upload it... but we made our...
:D if we have something like that we usually offer a discount. Of course every customer is different.
Work Truck vs police car vs customers vehicle. If it's a police car or customer vehicle we just fix it.... We'd never send it out like that. But honestly Wed never do that.... Why continue...
Have you guys ever had wrinkles like that go away? If you get a small wrinkle like that... heat usually will push it out and into shape (While leaving a mark). But those look like they were big wrinkles that have already been heated down... so I doubt they will go away at all. If they would...
My wife has a ton of family over there and they all seem to hate him..... They did like him, but his constant calling it the Chinese flu or Wuhan virus has pissed off everyone they know. It seems people in Nanjing hate him... Shenzen may be different because it's mainly a business / factory...
