  4. Calendard Vehicle Graphics

OP, I've been doing this long enough that I don't need a lable to tell me the difference between cast and calendard. Thickness was the first clue and the dirt ring around the graphics was the second. It could have been installed poorly, but I doubt it would have made a difference. The yellow...
  5. Calendard Vehicle Graphics

The pictures below are a prime example of why not to use calendard vinyl for vehicle graphics. We removed these so I have no clue what grade or manufactures vinyl was used, but it was calendard. (But we use premium cast vinyl) The difference in actual cost of materials between the most...
  6. Ford Transit Wrap

Thanks SSG. I assumed since it was my first Transit, it would be about the same time as a Regular Ford van. Overall they looked reasonalbly simiple other than the door handles. If I get the job I'll be back here looking for info on how to remove all the handles.

  18. Did I make any money?

I agree, but in the long run you have to have large quantities and specialize to survive on low prices. How does that old saying go. Quality, Service, Price: Pick 2
  19. Did I make any money?

This pricing happens because a business man buys or starts a sign shop. There is no value placed on the skill required to make a great advertisement. They just hire a few people for low wages, advertise for their own business and push the widgets out as fast as they can. It's all about #'s...
