  7. Older Gerber Edge printing with strip shaped blank areas.

That sounds typical of a defective print head. You can try cleaning the print strip on the head with 99% isopropyl alcohol but if there are lines going through your print you probably need to replace the print head, which means returning the unit to Gerber and it is about a $3000 service. They...

  13. Reflective Vinyl Tunneling off the backing paper in printer

Tunneling of reflective material of that type is typical and happens often when the material has to go through tight radius turns, which is probably why it's not rated for latex printing. I'm not optimistic that you will have success with that material in the L25500. Perhaps if you could try...

  15. font question

What software do you design with? For that particular number it's a pretty easy matter to do it manually if you had to. Just outline the "0" so you have a smaller copy right in the middle of a larger copy, divide it diagonally on the two corners and assign the correct colors to the individual parts.
  16. Is there a way to auto nest multiple objects inside one shape?

So out of curiosity, I was poking around in Illustrator to see if it could be done there. You can use Envelope/Envelope Distort to nest objects in a shape like that but it distorts all the objects to fit. Since there is a plug-in for Illustrator that will do that properly, I figure there must be...

  18. Early Christmas present!

Easy, place your substrate panel on the table with one end overhanging 2', place your laminate or graphic on the substrate, apply the side that is on the table, raise the roller, move the substrate down 2' so the applied end is now overhanging the table and apply the laminate or graphic to the...

  20. Working outdoors in enclosed tent?

I've used canopies like that many times. Of course there is an improvement from trying to work out in the open outdoors but it depends on what you're doing as to whether or not it is worth it. Setting up and taking down the canopy is a hassle so if this is to be done often then...it's a hassle...
