I don't think you can purchase pre-made blanks anywhere anymore that are in any way acceptable. The best thing to do is go to the lumber yard and buy cedar framing lumber and glue them up yourself.

You typically will have to buy mailing lists for direct mail, if your customer doesn't provide you with a list. Someone like Accudata is a good source but there seems to be an endless supply of list providers, you will want to deal with someone known to be reliable.

Illustrator is not the program to use for sequential numbering, you would be better off to use InDesign, Flexi, or Gerber Omega for that. Is this a one time thing or something you are looking to do regularly? If you don't have access to any of those programs I could help you.

Eric, first of all you have to be sure that you have the font sets properly set up and indexed. Then it does help if you have a lot of fonts yourself, I have a personal collection of about 75,000 fonts. The newer version has greater ability to search the internet now for many, many more fonts...

It's a pretty easy fix, most likely it broke not just came off. Either way I would suggest you order the part from HP and with the guidance of a service manual you can replace it yourself.

Well, I'm surprised you didn't have success, I think it works very, very well. It might take a little finesse to get perfect results but there's nothing better on the market than FindMyFont....and for the price, everyone in the business should have it. So your font appears to be: Athelas (Regular)

That looks to be a hand drawn font but the only thing that comes vaguely close to that is Miltonian (Regular)
