Hi guys I am running Wasatch 7.2 for an HP Latex 360 and my print queue has a big pause between jobs. Does anybody know how to eliminate this gap or at least cut it down some? I used to run Wasatch 6.5 with an HP L25500 on the same computer and it always printed back to back with almost no...
Its a terrible pre-set configuration. Colors were all out of whack. I was working on tweaking it until I saw that I can make a new one through the printer itself. That helped a lot! It's much better. Thanks for the help!
Hi we just got an HP Latex 360 and are using Wasatch. When printing using the correct substrate and profile I am getting muddy greens. It seems as though it is mixing in magenta through the RIP even though the CMYK value has none. I am using 3M IJ35C-10. If I print using an Orafol profile...
I had the same problem a couple years ago. Since then I've stopped using the loader. It throws it in there with too much force. I place it in manually now.
The parts & labor were ridiculous through HP so I repaired it myself. I had to rebuild the cracked parts where the screws/bolts go...
In case anybody else has the issue this is what was wrong. Apparently the little rubber prongs that the printhead needles plug into can go bad from age & heat. This particualr one that was quirting actually got clogged and the spring loaded mechanism that seals it off was no longer doing it's...
thanks for the response. I actually popped out all the printheads and it was only one of the pressurized nozzles which lead me to believe that nozzle that the printheads plug into was faulty. to test this, i opened up the carriage and swapped the postion of that nozzle (i might be using the...
Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem. Monday morning first thing back from the weekend I tried to print but Cyan wasn't firing. Light Cyan was as well as all other colors. I changed out the Cyan/L Cyan print heads (both) and it was fine. Today I tried printing and it went well...
that happens all the time to me. I have to go outside to color check. I usually wind up having to add more magenta to the color which makes it look like a pinkish gray indoors but when its outside it looks perfect. It's just a pain in the a$$ to have to let the HP L25500 warm up and do its...
It happens on mine too. I actually had the "fortune" of it happening while I had a tech here to work on the printer for an unrelated issue. He said it's normal and its just a thorough check the printer does on itself to make sure nothing is wrong. It is very annoying as it takes anywhere from...
Well, after reading the threads for years I decided to man up and make an account.
I have been at my current company for 5 years and before that I was at an offset printing business for 3.
I graduated Cal Poly Pomona in 05 with a Bfa in Graphic Design.
Nice to meet you all.

I tried getting the kit alone from HP but they wouldn't allow it stating they don't want anybody but their techs opening up the printer. My printer is out of warranty and they still refused to sell the kit.
