i dont deal with them much, a few things here and there and i did buy my HP latex from them. I had some customer dissatisfaction the few times i dealt, which is probably the reason it has been so few.

blow some cleaning fluid thru just that head with a syringe and piece of tube. do one or two cleaning cycles.....right as rain.

what is the actual size of the output your doing at 250MB? sounds like you need a new computer and understanding that bigger isn't always better. without the specs, i can bet you don't need to be at 250MB file...

I firmly believe that the training-schooling of these people includes multiple courses on payment avoidance... They must have to go back each year to learn new tricks, cuz they always find another stupid way to keep your money just a bit longer.
