Your problem is you're not keeping the material square in the machine. Its easy to do though....pull the material through the machine and before hitting the arm so the rollers come down stand in front of the machine with both hands on the material spanned across the length of the material. Then...

You can copy in Signlab and paste in Illustrator then just save everything in Illustrator. Or, you can export from Signlab as an "ai" file then it should open up in Illustrator. I use the "Finecut" plugin for Illustrator to cut so for instance I import a Signlab file into Illustrator and add...
