Maintenance is once a month, takes maybe 10 minutes if your thorough. Initial warm-up in the morning is 7 minutes.....after that it's ready to print all day as fast as you can feed rolls into it.

Try General Formulations GF213, 3.75 mil and semi rigid but still flexible enough. For Rocket League Football it holds up well, not sure about the big boys.

Sounds like you have a hidden mask of some sort which you are bringing into flexi.....flexi isnt particularly fond of masks created in other software. Try flattening the image in source program. Oops nevermind, just saw your most recent post.

Sometimes the best thing to do is just make a black and white version of your file and then use that to produce your contour. Light colors can make creating contours whacky.

It would be tedious but you could use Windows Snipping Tool and screen capture each one. Or set up one clean nameplate and use the serialize function in Flexi, you'd just have to enter the 52 names.

You do realize that print side in has to be loaded backwards?, in other words your feeding it from the bottom of the roll instead of the top.
