Had this happen a few years ago, to fix mine I removed that printer from production manager then re-added it.
Also with a .pdf weird things can happen with strokes and outlines, flatten the image before you .pdf it out in photoshop or illustrator.

Try some of Oracals profiles for that printer, especially 3640 and 3951 for slightly richer colors. I used those two for several years on an L25 on dozens of medias with great, consistent prints.
