Add a rip to your computer such as accu rip or ghost rip. We use T-Rip and are pretty happy with it.

What I'd like to find is a supplier that operates the same as our shirt supplier. No matter what quantity we order we get better than case pricing due to our volume and loyalty to their company. No one in the sign world works this way, at least none around here.

No sure if this will help you moving forward. We use liquid laminate on all of our car magnets. This is only my opinion but I feel it helps keep them more pliable and able to lay against the surface better.

If your order is for 100 you better have at least 50 extra blanks on hand. Sounds like your first time and your gonna need them.
