Does anyone have a source for a rack similar to the ones made for 30 inch rolls, but will handle 54 inch? Thinking of just welding one up, but why reinvent the wheel if there's already something out there.

My understanding this is a firmware issue from an update that was meant to decrease the cleaning cycles the printer was going through. My tech came in and fixed the issue, said he had others with the same problem.

Wondering if I'm the only one having issues with the latest VersaWorks update. It's apparently causing issues with the dampers (just on VG2 machines) and they have to be changed out. Now I remember why I turned off updates on my previous versions.

So far very happy with this printer. For anyone that's using this with Corel, have you had any luck finding the Orange files to add to Corel's color palette? Illustrator seems to be the only one up to date in versaworks.

Any help with this would be great. My VS-640 has started to run a cleaning cycle during the print, several times. On prints over 2' it does it several times and ends up causing banding in the print. I've done a manual cleaning and run a few cleaning cycles, but it still continues.

It's been a while since I've posted. I needs some input from the group. I use pricing software for all sign and decal orders. I have a customer who orders once every few months, they get decals that we have on file and the amounts vary. Some times they get half what they got on a previous order...

Making a screen with cut vinyl is going to lay down to much ink. I would think the notepads are more likely pad printed (could be wrong) as the pressure from a squeegee would force ink between the papers (maybe).
