I have this problem on the first generation of ultraflex 18oz double side banner material. Now with their LTX version, it fine. I also have this problem with ultraflex fabritac and I have to lower the temperation way down to correct it.
I've tried both products with my L26500. Great stuff, except it smell like melted plastic when you print it. There was roller marks in the smooth one (don't remember the name) and the manufacturer did not want to replace it. I've used it for personal projects, but can't sell it.

Ok, I've talk with the peoples at Fisher and they said their products are not great/compatible with latex printers. Even if they have a special section on their web site for this.
So I've sent an email to the two others to see their options.
So 40 linear feet of wasted material/ink/time later, I figured out. I needed to change the dry time. So I've went from 105-55 to 105-40. I post it here in case someone make the search in the future.

Hi, I've ordered a roll of fabritac made by ultraflex. When I print, there is vertical lines in the print. My suppliers changed the roll and it does the same thing. Is it me or the material itself? I have a HP L26500. Thanks.
