    And I think you are using caldera? How do you set it up to print the bar? And for me, if I use a vinyl with a 90# liner, I don't have any bowing. I'm using mostly catalina vinyl for this reason.

    ok, here is the follow up on my problem. even if the test print where perfect (no alignment problem and minim defect nozzles), the prints came back to normal after changing the two cyan/light cyan and the two black/yellow printheads. I'm writing this here in case someone hit the same problem...

    If it can help, all the specs of the print (small text) have to be in front of you when you scan and need to scan horizontally.

    Can you use the i1 to calibrate you monitor with the software that came with the device? If yes, then you will know the i1 is not the problem. And scanning right to left or left to right doesn't matter.

    when I check my service manual, it is supposed to look like that. If I check carefully, the yellow lines in it are fine. Now I try to figure on how to print an advanced printhead health test plot. It do not fit with what it says in the service manual.
