    I dont see why not..Take your photos.. Maybe run a tape measure across the vehicle to give you the scale.( in the photo- use a high res photo so you can read it on the monitor)) I dont recall the file saving capabilities of PS Elements..that could be a problem. Good luck..Ken

    .EPS files may contain both vector paths and bitmap images. I suspect you have a bitmap in play here. Ken
