We have a shop rate. That's the same regardless of what anyone is doing. Computer time/design/ logo work is a higher amount. Also, if a vehicle comes in dirty, they get charged double our shop rate. I ain't a frickin' car wash or detail shop. It says it on our quotes, invoices and policy...

That looks more like rust, which is basically a corrosion, more than oxidation. Oxidation, lotsa times you can use cleaners to remove most of it and then polish it out with compound, but to just rub something on it and hope for the best....... I'd walk away, too. Never time to do it right...
