GV will not stick to coro without an adhesion promoter. Proper ink is nazdar corogloss through a 230 mesh screen. You will need proper wash and thinners. I use rlx ulano emulsion for t's and coros. Corogloss is air dry.
Print as you would normally print vinyl and don't freak out that it looks like crap as it prints. They look terrible til they hit glass. If not laminating on big windows I go with rapid tac 2 to avoid tears and get it down super fast and easy.
Angle and Lords adhesive. Have a fairly large sign just in sight of the shop we used Lords and this method on as a test for future reference. That sucker aint goin' nowhere.
I get granite tiles from HD and blast them with spot gun from harbor freight then paint before removing stencil after blast. Trim out however you want.
Phototex. Laminate isn't going to stop a gurney from damaging a print. When it is time to remove it will be clean and easy instead of a nightmare. With elevators it is all about being fast unless you plan on installing in the middle of the night when it's just you and the night watchman.
Exactly, anchors and braces. You can use pretty hefty ones in asphalt and when sign is removed a little bit of asphalt patch from HD should handle the holes just fine.
Had to update. Don has been fantastic with his customer service. Turns out a new roll that came today runs perfect through the printer so I'm guessing I just got the one lucky roll that had issues. Don has stuck with it and made it right front to back. I will continue to use him and recommend...
