The ink is going to eat vinyl because of the adhesion promoter. The ink alone will do it but the ap is going to drastically speed it up. Someone may have a better option but off the top of my head I'd say it needs to be screened or hand painted using pattern and pounce.
Red is windshield. Straight line between a & b, c is measurement from straight line between a&b to top of windshield. This is your bow. Make a rectangle the length of a&b that your text will fit in. Do a horizontal bow the distance of "c".
