I would dig around on their forum for FAQ. Just stay away from letting their techs remote control anything. It took me forever to clean up the mess their tech left me in when I paid them to help me connect my Epson using the vpm. Guy was pure damage.

When you move from big squeegee to a laminator you will be so happy. Big squeegee is a great tool, but it isn't a replacement for a laminator. Did a color change to gas station roof over pumps before Christmas with a big squeegee. Worked awesome for that.
Either an issue with laminating process or time. Try letting a test piece sit awhile then laminate. If it works there's your answer, if problem persists it is either your process or media issue. A hard perfectly flat surface is a must
I'm a screen printer so that would be my method. I would most likely order blanks with rounded corners and holes already done. There are a number of merchant members here who could do it for you
Tubelite has same product and more in most cases, deliver to me as well as beat pricing without being asked. Their normal everyday pricing has been much better for me.
Not a cure all by any means but eagle one car wash is about the nicest stuff I've found for getting as much "milk" off a trailer with just the wash prior to detailing. Good stuff.
This may sound silly but if you can't find a tech, a forklift repair shop might have a McGyver for you. I have a friend who owns one and he has fixed an incredible amount of things for the shop over the years.
