I run my L26500 in a 10ftX20ft room and my desk is in that room. The only odor I can smell is the heated vinyl and the temperature in the room go up about 5-7 degree Celsius when I run it.
I usually wait 2-3 min before do something with the print just to let it cool down.
I use the ultraflex that you have mentioned and it worked great. No problems at all and super great print quality. I've used their profile to print it (I'm using caldera).
I don't remember if Flexisign have a built-in profile maker. If yes, you just need an I1 Basic (around 1000$). If not, you will need I1 profile maker (around 1700$).
I have Caldera rip with easymedia to create my profiles. Unfortunately, I've bought the new I1 basic pro2 witch it not...
I'm looking for a heat transfer material that can be printed on my L26500 then contour cut with my summa. It's for making t-shirts / table throws and need to be around 15in or 30in wide.
I've looked on the web, but didn't find anything.
Any suggestions?

oh yes! :rock-n-roll: I already have 300sf on it. I try my best to learn the caldera RIP, but it's awesome! I've done 2 5X10 double sided banner and it's pretty easy to work with. It make alot of noise and ALOT of heat, but I love it.
