Hi, I'm looking for someone who would be able to contour cut printed stuff like coroplast, mdo, styrene, etc. in the Montreal area.
If you know someone, let me know.
Thanks.
Ben.
Use Knifeless tape. Very easy to use and you will not cut your paint. Layout your pathern, apply vinyl, then pull the wire. Perfect line. I know there is other brand, but I only find this one in Canada.

Ok, I have a customer who want custom printed mat 14inX24in. He showed me the material and it's like a mouse pad about 1/16 thick.
I would like to know if someone could help me find this material and what kind of printer should I use for this?
Thanks.
Ben
Like I said before I don't want to "follow" them. I'm just rewriting my business plan. My goal for the next year is 400k$. Then I was just wondering if thoses equipments would produce 3m$/year with the right staff, setting, etc. sure I want to make those numbers in the future. But one step at...
I was just wondering. I know they don't do alot of wholesale and I'm certainly not following them as a model. But if you say they can do this with those equipments at a "regular" prices, I have my answer.
First, I'm very sorry for this stupid question. There is a shop here who make an average of 3m$/year. They have an lx800 and a fb500. They don't have their own installers. How many sqft you think they sell per month?
I'm writing my business plan, and that question came up in mind...
BigfishDM here price me at 20k$ + 500$ for install (remember that I'm in Canada). I'm just waiting for some pricing for the Caldera rip and I'll pull the trigger on the L26500.
I'm in the same situation. I plan to buy the new L26500 very soon and I want to buy the RIP at the same time. I've tried Onyx vs Colorburst on the GS6000 and Onyx take way much time to rip a file. It need a monster computer to run it. I'm not a fan of Mac, but I like the idea to buy all the...
I called them and they did not know how to do it. I finally mask each individual panels to make one file for each, blow them up a 4:1 and sent via winplot. I just wish there where a faster technique.
Thanks for your help.
Me too. A friend of mine have 2 GS6000 and bought Onyx productionhouse. He get back to colorburst 2 weeks after because Onyx was WAY longer to rip. So I'm thinking about Caldera for my future L26500.
