Well I wanted to make sure I left everyone know that has been following my story that Friday I found out I was accepted to the kidney transplant waiting list, after the dental and the heart issues I have finally made it. I am a proved to be healthy enough to have the surgery. Thank you all that...

Weds the 16th Well it is set up now, this Wednesday the 16th I'll be having open heart surgery to install a mechanical heart valve and have a double or tripal bi pass. I'm told that I was looking at 3 days in icu and a couple in a step down unit then home here for 4 to 6 weeks recovery. So...

Thanks Jill, I know it is hard to believe but this floored me and left me speechless, I just didn't see this coming. The office will be calling me Monday and hope to get in to see him Tuesday and I'll find out what needs to happen next. I was so close....... Many thanks everyone.

Just got the wind knocked out of me bad...... Had the stress test and echo today (as well as dialysis) and got home and got a call from the cardiologist, seems my heart is working at 40 percent. If not fixed he say i have 15 months. They want to do a heart valve replacement and there is no way...

Well gang, I sit here with ice on my face.....Again but had to share this with everyone. My paper was signed this afternoon. I have a dental release now in place. Funny part is many of the other tests now need to be repeated, I go tomorrow for a new stress test, Monday and new echo gets done, it...

I sure did, Greensburg.... Plus my daughter and her boyfriend have been going down in the evening where they couldn't before. I post the pics of the panels that got hand delivered to him. They really loved it. What a perfect way to say thank you and the threads here that were sent were awesome...
