I agree that the recreation files are YOURS! I also agree that most clients don't understand that, and unless it is explained up front, they can feel bad about it if they find it out when they need it. On the topic of ownership & rights to replicate a design... well that is irrelevant...

Nice! I think it came out better then all the preliminary drawings. I would have eliminated the upper right corner of that photo on back though.. moved the guy a little to the left & run that hard black to blue transition line right down through the entire design, like on the other three sides...
