Go back to the FTP site and download an older version, then upgrade after install. Also download the firmware update, I know I PM'd you with the link yesterday ! I suspect that 3.3.x won't work correctly with the older firmware versions

sounds like it might be an install or computer compatibility issue !

James, Your file worked perfectly here in VersaWorks. The cut-lines were there, visible and active. You must go into the settings after opening the file in VW to see the active cut lines, but they were there crawling around like hundreds of little ants.

I will let you know what I find on this end in a few minutes . . .

So in Illustrator you have a spot color that you've named CutContour, You've applied this color value to a hairline to be cut, and you exported the file as an EPS and then opened the file in VersaWorks ?
