You hafta figure out if it fits your business model. Til you put your markup on it, cost of lettering, designing, installing and whatever else ya gotta do to make the sale, you're not gonna clear too much money compared to the guy down the street who can build it himself.

Your illustration is most likely wrong. Those windows below your smaller sign are probably part of the door to the main area jutting out to the left. I don't see a door on that smaller side. It used to be, you still take the overall dimensions and fit it in the area the best way possible...

I've used a lotta FDC in a pinch. While it's a little more brittle when weeding, like notareal said, it's 99.9% all the same. If you're experiencing problems, I feel you have other issues.

I'd wrap it in old nylon stockings like bank robbers do and it'll keep it's shape perfectly. Then take it out and using a triple edge razor, just weed that unwanted vinyl away. You could try nair, too.

Now, how on earth do you figure that ?? It has three sides, which won't hold anything but air. It has a top, but no bottom, so nothing will stay in without falling out right away. A box......... RxDxC.

So, how do you figure $3 for labor ?? That would be like you can completely manufacture it, weed it and tape it all up in 2 minutes each. You don't have overhead in there, no employee wages, insurances, packaging, taxes, labeling...... and you get all that out of the $13 ?? Are you crazy ...

A 6' tall by about 28" wide piece of vinyl because that's your widest printer...... laminated and weeded, then packaged, shipped and you pay shipping...... That's insane. What do you make ?? About $2.00 ?? That's gotta take a few minutes each, for laminating a roll at a time, at least 10...
