i use jet black for my positive printing, and it does work great....it's the only thing i really print jet on mainly because some of the specialty materials (reflective, deluxe silver, and a couple others) pop an incompatible error when i send to print

i agree the black print on gold vinyl, unless the customer wants medal and it's for indoor or limited outdoor use....then i would suggest black vinyl with a gold medal print....medal foils are opaque and do not require a white base....they look great on black too...

top one is binner i know ive scene the other one, but i can't think of it... what you have has a stroke or contour added to it....the original is a thinner font...and something's telling me its actually an italicized version of a font and not a different font....

i dont laminate my prints....but run an UV abrasion guard foil on damn near everything (except temp signage)

i run an edge and one the plus' is that it can print spot colors....so if a customer is looking for green on yellow....i can print green onto a yellow vinyl instead of having to print 4CP to create the green AND the yellow.....
