I do agree with you that seeing a name splashed on a window or a million coroplast signs has never made a difference to me when I vote but we do make signs and these boneheads love signs so make them, run to the bank and who cares.

are you cutting shapes or just to size? if just to size cut it like wood with a saw. if shapes, that's a whole other thing and a whole other type of saw. we have a panel saw to cut to size and a jg saw for shapes

if you blasted the black and the green on HDU, the strokes of the letters may be too thin to look right or work. if you put a stroke around them to fatten them up and surface painted all the details, it might work. I have a company in NY that does our sandblasted signs. they aren't merchant...

the font with the swooshy underline on #2 is nice. all else not so much. since you do a lot of work for fire trucks the font, the turned gold and the red work. instead of using the shild, a tagline that says what you do would work better

did you ask for the warranty in print? if the material has a warranty, it would be in print not just a verbal over the phone

I wouldn't do an outdoor banner that is 20 foot long as a 13oz, I'd go with 18oz. is this single or double sided? if double sided, an 18oz blockout banner would have been the way to go so you don't see copy from the other side thru it. is it hanging over a street or on a wall?

is it just a 600mm (whatever size that is) white square? why are you printing it? why not jsut do white vinyl?

with super long address can you do it upper and lower case so it reads a little easier? KickTheCaffine ?
