the studs come with the letters but the install pattern is a line item. ask for a catalog as it is nice to have when you call. it will come with a card that you can fill out for samples which is nice plus key rings of the plastic color chips
rails. Gemini sells metal rails but won't drill them for plastic letters but will custom paint them to match the siding. get the studs set in a line and a pattern, drill nut and go
before you remove, have a line item in your quote that clearly states that you are not responsible for any damage to the wall from the removal and that patching and painting is up to them, not you.

we have also had issues with the new paints that have additives as they are designed so nothing sticks to them including double back tape. we did an office with small engraved light weight signs with double faced tape and they came off the wall. ended up having to use small screws to hold them.
