I wouldn't use 1" thick or a 2' x 4' double sided. hanging from the top of the sign, I would run flat bar on the top and bottom of a 1.5" thick or thicker mounted between posts or just one post, I'd run flat bar on the both sides

it all ready it too large for the area and that makes it harder to read. what is the whole rest of the truck look like? why not attach some big signs to that? when someone says "you know I am the owener" just what does that really mean? it sure doesn't mean they know anything about signs.

do you have any Gerber vinyl? if so, run a short test to see if it does the same thing with the Gerber hole punch pattern as it may be the holes are off just a little on the Oracal

how are you feeding the vinyl into the Edge? is the vinyl on a roller? are you letting the Edge pull it from the roll or do you pull loose a few feet?

put the main copy on an arc and it would look so much better! maybe arc everything so it is really "fancy". the colors are great! nice and bright. needed sunglasses just to look at it. nice job!
