Ya if that is what he is doing and he is new to perf cutting he is going to wreck alot of material to get it figured out, need to set not use same profile for each color, set up 2 contour colors in your artwork and make sure you tell flexi to sent the correct profile to the plotter before...

Well I do not use 3M anything so no recommendation from me for that but I do always rub a squeegee across the reg marks prior to loading in the plotter to help solve this same problem. But I do only see this if I do not outgas for a full 24 hours.
So If someone drives a van to your shop and ships you graphics you will just install it and not worry about who it is actually for?? How could you not know this was or was not a OW job?

only way I have ever done it is save as pdf, open in ai, flatten and vectorize everything including fonts, re-save as a ai and import into flexi.
Never tried with ps as colorado suggested but I would assume same result.

Settings for contouring laminated 3651RA tends to shred Siser ColorPrint PU quite nicely.
yep, got to take it off asap. most press wash cleaners will clean it off with a little scrubbing with a nylon brush. It all depends on what product line you are using.
I know some of you have lights under the tin of your printers so I threw a few under there yesterday and took a pic of a clown I am printing for a sled wrap. And it even fits in the whole festive hallowed eves theme.

If you use your laminator for everything you can also get really good at webbing it.
I wish I had another one so I would not have to swap it out so often or re-web it every time I want to throw a sheet thru it.
