Well I do not use 3M anything so no recommendation from me for that but I do always rub a squeegee across the reg marks prior to loading in the plotter to help solve this same problem. But I do only see this if I do not outgas for a full 24 hours.

Your ink will not be opaque enough. I use a epson 1100 with a different ink set also.

only way I have ever done it is save as pdf, open in ai, flatten and vectorize everything including fonts, re-save as a ai and import into flexi. Never tried with ps as colorado suggested but I would assume same result.

yep, got to take it off asap. most press wash cleaners will clean it off with a little scrubbing with a nylon brush. It all depends on what product line you are using.

I have always had this problem too, yes sometimes the masks can be annoying but really have given me no problem as I just delete them as gabagoo does.

If you use your laminator for everything you can also get really good at webbing it. I wish I had another one so I would not have to swap it out so often or re-web it every time I want to throw a sheet thru it.

I do exactly the same thing and have little green tabs everywhere.
