You can always up your price a little and keep the extra 5 signs or group jobs together to cover those other 5. If you're small like me it's hard to group them as one week you have a bunch of orders and the next week only a couple.
One more question on this. If I go 3' down and the sign is 4' tall and close to the sidewalk, should I make the posts 10' tall? This makes it 7' tall total.
No, I was afraid of being quarantined as the virus is going around my sons school pretty heavily. I voted last week. I volunteered to be a poll worker but nobody ever called me...
Tell him to bring back the 6 3/16 one and you will replace with the 6". Then don't do business with him again, it's probably the same reason $25 guy isn't doing business with him this year. Trust me, it's a racecar and that tiny little difference DOES NOT MATTER.
Did he measure this in front...
Final Answer!
My Excel sheet is working well but I found Fast Accurate Bids last night and it's easier to use than my Excel sheet and cleaner.
#1 problem - I need a Fast Accurate Bid
#2 Price list for common items to attach to back of my sample garments for quick pricing - I can create a...
LOL, I called diggers hotline yesterday and I don't need a permit for this temp sign per the city. It's going on an empty lot so the realtor will meet me there to go over the exact location. I have a post hole digger and my son will be doing the digging as he put up a fence with over 200 posts...
Hi I have an order for a 4'x6' "For Sale" sign. They would like it installed with 4x4 posts. I was thinking of using 1/2" MDO with aluminum sign screwed to it and then 2 posts in the ground (as suggested by customer). I would assume I should put them 3-4' in the ground without cement. In WI. Do...
This is the extent of my reviews: On a Facebook post by a business, posting as myself only if there are other comments: "Had the Duck Bacon Grilled Cheese last night too, was FANTASTIC!". I also follow some of my good customers business pages as my personal self and make sure to "like" a lot of...
I downloaded the trial version and checked it out. It remind me slightly of Microsoft Access. I will download the video you suggested and I did watch another video and created a contact list. I can see it will take a little time for me to learn, I likely won't have it the way I want it by Monday...
I'm downloading the trial right now. It looks like it can be cloud based. I'm just going to jump in with both feet and check it out, ColorCrests persistence has me convinced this is the answer :)
I feel like my sign pricing system that I have works pretty good, I have a similar set-up as Gino in my Wave Accounting. If you only do a few apparel orders here and there and it's mostly generic stuff, that works good. I have a nice chart and I can quote quickly. The problem comes in when you...
I found a few additional options to the regular ones we see posted here for just screen print estimating for small shops. These might not work for the OP but if others are following, it's helpful. I'm dedicating my weekend to checking out these options and I'll report back Monday on my findings...
