  1. profil icc mimaki jv33 watasch

Check out this page. It has a ton of profiles for the JV33. I believe they are just universal ICC files so they should work in Wasatch but I have never tried myself. Worth a shot!
  2. Issue with either Roland VG2 or Versawork 6.11

I'd do two things. 1. Connect the computer to the printer directly and send a job. This will tell you if maybe the router is failing. If it starts to work properly you will know the router is probably the cause. If it does the exact same thing, then you can rule out the router. 2. Open the...
  3. Issue with either Roland VG2 or Versawork 6.11

What does Versaworks show it's doing during the wait time? Maybe upgrading to the new version turned the "RIP while printing" option off?
  4. SP540v Help diagnosing this print problem

Try running the environmental match. It's in the menu as ENV Match. It's an automatic calibration that reads the encoder and adjusts for anomalies.
  5. SP540v Help diagnosing this print problem

As far as the nozzle check goes, it's not too bad. There's a few deflecting nozzles that will make things look a little fuzzy but not the way your print is printing. The fact that it's skewing like that means it's probably a dirty/damaged encoder strip or a bad sensor. Clean the strip with some...
  6. Colgged nozzel and shadow around print area

The cyan spray can be due to the nozzles that are not missing but partially clogged so they spray all over the place. It can also be a sign of a failing head. It looks like some of the missing nozzles are coming and going. You might throw in some new dampers to see if that helps at all but if...
  7. Mimaki CJV30-60 Waste Tank Not Filling

Ink is either collecting somewhere else or the maintenance station isn't working and you've just been really lucky. Take the cover off and watch the tubes while a a cleaning runs. That will tell you if ink is flowing or not.
  8. Need Help 1628x encoder sensor

It's possible it can still light up and be bad. The light means it's getting power though so it doesn't sound like the CR board got damaged. If you get 0000 when running the encoder test, I'd start with replacing the sensor.
  9. Colgged nozzel and shadow around print area

Have you changed the cap top and wiper in the last year? If not, I would start there and flush the pump tubes to make sure they aren't clogged. If your cap top and wiper a fairly new, run a nozzle wash and see if soaking the head recovers those nozzles.
  10. JV150-130 Not printing

Make sure the blue (sometimes gray) stopper is on the third nozzle under the cap top. If that is open, the cap won't pull ink. Yes it only uses 4 at a time when running 4 color.
  11. Flexisign issues with Windows 10

I heard a while ago that Flexi doesn't resize well with super high resolution monitors.
  12. Need Help Mimaki jv150 encoder

If the E reading is a lot different than the M reading, you're right in thinking the motor is working properly. For some reason the linear encoder is not reading properly. If the sensor and strip are new, maybe the sensor is not installed perfectly? It should be straddling the strip and...
  13. Mimaki UJV100-160 vs UCJV300-160?

    2. Absolutely. 3. Even the Mimaki USA guys don't know which head it is in the UJV100. Mimaki Japan is keeping it close to the vest. I have heard maybe brother and maybe a modified custom Epson but no real info about them yet. I do know that the list price for both is around $4k. 4. If you're...
  14. SP 540 internal error 0800573

It's sort of a general error when something unexpected happens. If it keeps popping up, one of the parameters might be messed up or you might need to do a limit position initialization. I'd try the limit initialization first then if that doesn't fix the issue, I would reset the main board and...
  15. Mimaki CVJ150-130 Print Proble

If you soaked for 6 hours and ink is flowing during cleanings, which it seems there is, then the head is probably fried. As mentioned above, you can try flushing the head with a syringe and cleaning solution but that's the last resort. It can also do damage to the head so only do so if you're...
  16. Mimaki printer profiles

The 8 color setup is going to be slower than the advertised top speed for that machine. The fastest setup would be 4 color.
  17. Mutoh

Usually that's a popped fuse on the main board. It's a very small fuse located in the corner of the board next to the black heat sink that sticks up off the board. It should be labeled F2 or F3 (I can't remember off the top of my head!) You want to figure out what popped it in the first place...
  18. Mutoh Take up reel for 1324X

I've got a part number and price for the power supply but I can't guarantee it's something Mutoh stocks in America. DF-44506 - $132 Shoot me an email if you're interested in ordering it.
  19. Mimaki printer profiles

Good sources above. Also, check your profile settings for the scan motor setting. It can be normal and fast. You might be running on normal.
