I'm with Michael here. Dont know the machine or software...but try to select all the items on your design page and "group" them before sending to the cutter.. You could cut the individual items and then lay them out on your substrate. I understand that is NOT what you WANT to do..but it is an...

Do you know how much usage the machine has? There is a way in the service menu to determine how many "shots" of ink have passed thru the heads. If you knew that it may help in your decision. Ken
