Seems most machines look pretty much the same. Our's is similar. The grommets we use are from Fasnap. They have the little nibs on the lock rings, and work much better than the smooth type you posted. At least for us.

Most likely they went blind trying to see the difference between 300 and 150ppi from 3 feet away.

Post a photo of the machine and grommets - someone here might know. We have a generic China brand press that works really well with grommets we get from Gregory in Kansas. The grommets the local company sells (got the press from them) do not work at all. wayne k guam usa
