    then your customers must be a dream to work with as the colors shifts we have experienced from different rolls are noticeable to put it lightly. the quality should not be a factor as the vinyl warranty is there (all be it a shallow offer from the maker) and you should have an install warranty...

    +1 for Johnmpcny give them the option on the print order, print all at once and have a better chance of all the colors being the same. Print one at a time better for storage and handling but has a risk of being slight color shifts.

    they will cut it down for free. or you cut it your self, wrap up one end tight and use a fine tooth finish saw (ideally a band saw) so there is no need to rotate the material. we have used our table saw and slowly rotated the material came out fine and saw no errors on the media print. Fellers...

  11. What's Your Method of Color Registration

    Tried all of the mentioned shapes and we found using a hexagon works best. No acute angles / points for the plotter to handle and weeding is a breeze. plus you have nice straight angles to ensure the alignment is correct on all axis

    we had an issue with one of our Roland printers and cutting alignment, took over a year to get it correct. it was BIG HEADACHE!!!!! come to find out they put the wrong motherboard in the 64" machine (board was for a 30") so any width over the 30" was off. we got no material compensation only...

    at least you are only burned on hours and no loss on materials. if they are gone, then send them a bill for design work and if no pay collection agencies will be more than willing to take it.
