Seiko Not yet, we are talking to them. the 100" will list at 80K. I am now looking for end user feed back before getting involved. They do look like a nice high production machine for the price.

Seiko The way I understand it, HP had the rights to sell the Color Painters (HP9000,HP8000, etc) but they did not renew the contract. Now Seiko is back selling the Color Painter under the original Seiko name.

Anyone using a new Seiko Color Painter H-104S? They Claim 1000 square feet an hour of sellable output using a new type print head.

The fluid should go down, you can slide the head back and do a clean and see if that sucks it down. If you are under warranty you are likely due for a new MS station, if not we sell them for $465.00. You can take it out and try to clean out the lines, but if the cap top is bad, nothing will help

pour some cleaning fluid into the cap and see if it goes down and out to the spit bottle. do a little at at time

MS station I argee with compilla, the MS station may be bad. if it gets clogged or does not seal correctly it will not prime the head. Where is Randy with Mutoh on this? They are pricey but you can install yourself. I can order you one if you need it

Anyone looking to invest in a Mutoh ValueJet may want to hold off until SGIA later this week.

Roland or Graphtec The Roland GX 24 will only see two (right & left) crop marks, the Graphtec will see 4, right left, front and back. This helps on longer runs. The new 8000 series from graphtec are very nice.
