type text in flexi, convert to curves, export .eps file, open in ps and add effects, save a .jpeg, bring back into flexi, put underneath the converted text, align, mask.
So my current setup is at max capacity. I have adobe cs4 suite, flexi8, versaworks, etc. all on this computer. So I'm going to buy a new computer for designing wand will use this one for ripping. Here's the setup I'm pondering, do you think it will be adequate?

I had this happen to me as well, and after watching the printer print for 5minutes, I realized that as the print comes out, there is a pause in between. ie: out(pause on heat) out again. Hopefully you get what I mean.
It's not a fluid motion as it comes out... Get me?
I rarely ever use high quality.
And banners are never, never printed on anything other than high speed. Banners are short term temp signage, not museum pieces. High speed produces excellent quality, and I've never recieved anything but positive praise.
