but I would say that your black head should still print good with that test print.

well, the black head is the first inline, so any time you have a head strike,,, it damages that head first. I have replaced my head once because of banner material not being unwound at the back of the printer.

not to get off topic, but who did you buy the takeup reel from?

im assuming you have the white ink option? If so, how did you clean the heads? Manually with swabs?

sounds like alot for a no name bare bones computer ,, and a less than desirable cutter. Realistically, you can buy a better basic desktop from dell for 400-500. And the cutter, retails for 999,,, so I think you would be lucky to get 600. I would say shoot for 1200 total. IMO

I dont know how a catch basket would work.. My prints usually arent dry enough for ink to ink contact right out of the printer, and I wouldnt want to take that chance.

contour cut "racing" weld it to a solic color. Then group shaw, and the contour, and I think it's seperate overlap. Delete the aprt that needs to be transparent.
