    metal posts is what I would do OR my new favorite if pvc round posts, primed and painted. I dont bother with treated wood if I can help. what you are doing here is overkill. what size is your sign

    It appears that whole panel is one. I would scrap with razor, clean with alcohol and reletter. The new design will "sorta hide" the ghosting. Judging be that lettering it will just flake off

    Sometimes the settings on the plotter itself are better than trying to contol them in production manager or software. I had to slow my summa down there is no sense in a plotter moving that fast

    This vinyl express IS a Graphtec! It has graphtec parts and mainboard. Before this I had a vinyl express (roland) thing was a workhorse for 11 years.

    I got the D75. Other plotter just sold for $325 glad to see it gone, was hoping for bout $500 but its all good. Sold to a copier dude. Said he was gonna use it for banners and signs.

    Love it. nice plotter. I put the VE/Graphtec on ebay and let it go for whatever it will. Lesson learned. NO MORE signwarehouse crap for me.

    I had this happen on a brand new lexan face for a florist. I put it on at shop and it was fine next day it looked like this. One week later they were all gone. Could it be possible time will make this go away

    I always do the side by side. Your stuff vs mine. Sometimes mine rules over sometimes it dont. If you are arrogant and your design is absolute s*** ill send you on your way. In some cases I will do it your way and just not claim it.
