I also would recommend that you attend a sign-making/graphic arts trade show. SignCraft magazine is well worth the subscription price for a newbie. If you're ever out in BC, you're welcome to drop into my shop. Signage/graphic arts IS all about communication. Spelling and grammar are paramount...
