    I would think those pads would be vinyl and would need heat press vinyl or screened or a banner attached to them

    The coro would tear. The polycarb is brittle to begin with and running a screw in it if you happened to get one in without splitting the poly carb would tear back out. Also with coro up here and snow and ice the water will freeze down in the flutes and has a good chance of splitting the coro...

    I would not zip screw to the frame. The way you speak of the box being bent and everything I would say that the box just needs to be replaced. If the acrylite is that bad and damaged id say throw white vinyl over the roberts and stick up the office space for rent part over it. Yes its winter...
